Key Responsibilities: - Strategize, create, and oversee Facebook Ads campaigns to meet predetermined KPIs and objectives. - Conduct regular performance analysis of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary optimizations. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies and visuals. - Stay abreast of the latest trends and practices in Facebook Ads and digital marketing. - Provide support for other digital marketing initiatives as necessary. The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign setup, a keen interest in digital marketing and analytics, and be willing to work night shifts at the Dehradun office. Effective communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities for this role. Training will be provided for freshers.
