Key Responsibilities Develop compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials that effectively showcase our software solutions and SaaS offerings Optimize website content for search engines and assist in managing paid search campaigns to enhance traffic and conversions Oversee and expand our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics Help design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to guide marketing strategies Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals and product launches Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in software solutions or SaaS products Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, social media management tools) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus Experience in the healthcare domain is a bonus About Company: Infoware is a process-driven software solutions provider specializing in bespoke software solutions.
