About Us: We are the Digital Engagement Team at 4baseCare, a patient-first platform dedicated to enhancing cancer care through meaningful digital interactions. Our mission is to support and engage patients by digitizing their medical journey and ensuring seamless online interactions within the app. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collect, review, sort, and upload patient reports to the OncoBuddy app, ensuring data is accurately digitized. 2. Interact and engage with patients through online channels, supporting their journey and enhancing user experience. 3. Understand and interpret patient medical reports; basic medical knowledge is essential. 4. Maintain professionalism and demonstrate respect for senior leadership and team culture. 5. Collaborate cross-functionally to support patient-centric campaigns, content, or initiatives. 6. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive patient data with integrity and compliance. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient reports (preferably from a life sciences or healthcare background). Ability to work empathetically and professionally with patients. Adaptable, team-oriented, and respectful of company values and hierarchy. Prior experience in healthcare engagement, data entry, or digital support is a plus.
