As a Digital Banking Officer (Field Role) at Equitas Small Finance Bank, you will be fully engaged in an on-site field position located in Mumbai, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad. Your primary responsibilities will include tasks such as Lead Generation, Cold Calls, CASA Acquisition, Portfolio and Relationship Value Growth, financial management, customer service, business relationship management, Cross Selling, as well as overseeing loans, Credit Cards, and Investment and Insurance services. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in CASA Acquisition, including Lead Generation and Cold Calls - Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills - Strong Business Relationship Management abilities - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Capability to work effectively both within a team and independently - Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector would be advantageous - A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred,
