Job Description

The Digital Analyst will play a key role in generating insights into user behavior and site performance within the digital landscape. By utilizing advanced analytics, journey analysis, and actionable reporting, this position will support experience optimization for stakeholders across UX, Product, and Marketing. Responsibilities include analyzing user journeys, funnels, traffic patterns, and engagement metrics to shape experience strategy. The Digital Analyst will also be responsible for developing dashboards and performance reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI, and translating complex analytics into clear business insights for cross-functional teams. Collaboration with optimization and marketing teams for A/B testing and personalization analysis is crucial. Ensuring data quality through validation of tagging and analytics setup (via GTM or Adobe Launch) is a key aspect of the role. The Digital Analyst will also be expected to identify user behavior trends to reveal actionable UX and content insights. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital analytics or web data analysis. Proficiency in tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker is essential. Strong skills in translating data into actionable insights, understanding customer journeys, and digital experience KPIs are required. Familiarity with tagging frameworks and GTM/Adobe Launch is a plus.
