Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to assist both internal and external clients with Digital tagging & tracking, and ensuring effective measurement. Your role will require a high level of initiative, enthusiasm, and problem-solving skills. You should be proactive in seeking solutions by consulting the right resources, conducting research, and engaging in experimental approaches. We are seeking an individual who is committed to establishing optimal setups while also being pragmatic enough to incorporate redundancy and deliver satisfactory data when an ideal setup is not feasible. You will be tasked with breaking down technical challenges into manageable components and successfully executing solutions. Communication with internal and external teams to gain support, address issues, and report progress will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in generating ad-hoc reports, managing data delivery, and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes. Your ability to develop new dashboards and leadership reports based on client and business needs, as well as providing insights to enhance business performance and identify areas for improvement, will be highly valued. Key Technical Skills: - Proficiency in managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) for web properties, including implementation, coding, testing, and maintenance. - Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA3/GA4). - Basic knowledge of JavaScript and JQuery. - Strong understanding of Web Analytics, particularly with Google Analytics, encompassing strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, and reporting. - Familiarity with third-party tagging, pixel creation, and related aspects. - Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
