Job Description
As an APB SALES AM (Sales Power Solutions) at our company located in GOA, you will be responsible for achieving assigned DG sets sales targets in units & value within the assigned areas. Your key responsibilities will include creating awareness about DG sets in the assigned areas across all business segments and ensuring excellent presales, during sales, and post-sales response to ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have 5-6 years of experience in regional sales, preferably in the DG sets industry in the relevant region. A degree in B.Tech / BE (Mechanical / Electrical) or Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) is required for this position. Your success in this role will be driven by your behavioral competencies, including good written & verbal communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to plan & achieve sales targets effectively. Skills in presales support, gensets, customer relationship management, sales target achievement, communication skills, diesel gensets, post-sales support, engines, planning, sales strategy, and regional sales experience will be essential for excelling in this role.
