Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate dialysis machines for patients with kidney failure.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment and ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are followed.
• Check vital signs and maintain accurate records of patient treatment.
• Manage vascular access sites (fistulas, grafts, catheters).
• Administer saline, heparin, and other necessary medications during the procedure as per doctor's instruction.
• Respond to emergencies and alert medical staff in critical situations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report machine malfunctions.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
