They specialize in creating value for investors through exceptional property development and management. Managing 5 funds focused on office and residential properties across India. Responsibilities: - **Product Analysis:** Understand available office space and client requirements, analyze data, and provide insights on market demand. - **Channel Partner Relationships:** Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners to enhance the brand and connect with potential clients. - **Leasing Inventory:** Lease office space to corporate clients at proposed rates and within specified timelines, managing activities until the client occupies the workspace. - **Marketing Support:** Assist in marketing, leasing, and sales activities for the building, contributing as a proactive team member. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills. - Profound understanding of commercial real estate products. - Familiarity with leasing documents and drafting lease negotiation documents professionally and efficiently. - Stay updated with market trends and changes.
