Job Description
You will be joining XEOLOGIX HAZMAT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD in Velachery as a full-time on-site DG Cargo Specialist. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage DG air and sea freight shipments, oversee customs clearance procedures, coordinate land transport activities, ensure proper packing of Dangerous Goods, and handle warehousing and storage operations. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with experience in freight and flights logistics. A keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is crucial, as well as a good understanding of IATA DGR regulations. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential, and certification in Dangerous Goods Handling would be advantageous. Previous experience in DG logistics within industries such as Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Electronics, Manufacturing, Energy, or Automotive will also be beneficial.
