Job Title: DevOps (L1) Support Engineer Location: Navi Mumbai (Onsite) Experience: 2+ Years Roles & Responsibilities: Gather technical requirements through interactive workshops with stakeholders. Support in building and maintaining automated DevOps strategies and pipelines. Assist in standardizing and migrating code version control systems (e.g., Git). Baseline current DevOps processes and suggest improvements. Collaborate with development and operations teams for efficient CI/CD practices. Provide first-level support for DevOps tools and environments. Document technical procedures and support guides. Skills Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support roles, with at least 1 year in cloud or DevOps support. Basic understanding of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, version control, scripting). Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred). Good communication and analytical skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a structured manner.
