Responsibilities& Qualifications: Experience: 6+ years in monitoring tools administration, with hands-on experience in tools like AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog, ELK, AWS OpenSearch, and BigPanda. Technical Skills: o Proficiency with AppDynamics SaaS controller and agents, New Relic SaaS controller and agents, and Datadog APM tools. o Deep understanding of monitoring thresholds, alerts, policies, and instrumentation for .NET, Java, and Node.js applications. o Hands-on experience with container instrumentation (AKS, Docker) and monitoring of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). o Strong knowledge of server monitoring, end user monitoring, and synthetic monitoring. o Experience with Python scripting for automation and tool integration. o Familiarity with monitoring extensions for RabbitMQ, Couchbase, Redis, Kafka, and other technologies. o Understanding of ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log aggregation and analysis. o Proficiency with VMware for virtualization environments. Soft Skills: o Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. o Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. o Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and training. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with cloud-based monitoring solutions and observability platforms like AWS OpenSearch. Experience with migrations from on-premise to SaaS controllers. Certification in relevant monitoring tools (AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog) or cloud certifications.
