About the Role Were looking for a DevOps & Infra Security Lead whos obsessed with reliability, thrives in high-stakes environments, and sees infrastructure not as a cost center - but a competitive edge. Key Responsibilities Infra Scalability & Availability: Architect and manage multi-region infrastructure across AWS, OCI, DigitalOcean, and GCP - optimized for sub-1s latency, 99.99% uptime, and cost-performance tradeoffs. Security & Compliance by Design: Own and enforce security protocols across infra, CI/CD, and runtime environments. Align architecture with SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and zero-trust models. IaC & Platform Automation: Design battle-tested Terraform and Pulumi stacks, integrate Humanitec / Backstage for developer self-service and delivery abstraction. Observability & Incident Response: Set up end-to-end telemetry with BetterStack, Grafana, PostHog, and custom dashboards. Create runbooks, on-call rotations, and chaos engineering simulations. Secrets & Policy Management: Manage secrets with Infisical, secure APIs, rotate credentials automatically, and lead the companys cyber hygiene and threat modeling. Required Skills & Qualifications 4 7 years of deep hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, and Security Engineering. Previously led or built infra for high-scale systems (ex: developer platforms, realtime APIs, high-volume voice/video infra). Expert in Linux internals, container orchestration (K8s/Fly.io), Terraform, NATS/RabbitMQ, and secure networking. Deep understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals - from vulnerability scanning to attack surface reduction. Experience implementing DevSecOps, managing CI/CD pipelines, and working with memory-based, stateful workloads. Bonus: if you are CKA or CKS certified Nice to Have Prior experience Built internal security playbooks or led audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) license in WebRTC, SIP, or low-latency voice infraFamiliarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration into applications.
