Job Description

The DevOps + Python role is based in Bangalore and offers a hybrid work mode with 2-3 days per week in the office. As an ideal candidate with over 7 years of experience, you should possess a strong set of complementary tech skills and relevant development experience. Your primary responsibility will involve Python scripting and a solid understanding of code management and release approaches is essential. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, GitFlow, Github, and GitOps (Flux, ArgoCD) is a must-have, with additional knowledge in Flux considered beneficial. A good grasp of functional programming, with Python as the primary language and Golang as a secondary language for IAC platform, is required. Hands-on experience in ABAC, RBAC, JWT, SAML, AAD, OIDC authorization, and authentication is essential, particularly in NoSQL databases like DynamoDB (SCC heavy). Additionally, familiarity with event-driven architecture involving queues, streams, batches, and pub/subs is necessary. You should be fluent in operating Kubernetes clusters from a development perspective, including creating custom CRD, operators, and controllers. Experience in developing serverless applications on AWS and Azure is crucial, along with understanding Monorepo, multirepo, and different code management approaches. A deep understanding of scalability, concurrency, network connectivity, proxies, and AWS cloud components (org, networks, security, IAM) is expected, with a basic understanding of Azure cloud. Moreover, you should have a solid grasp of SDLC, DRY, KISS, SOLID development principles to excel in this role.,
