As a Device Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with setting up external devices such as printers, webcams, keyboards, and USB devices. Your key responsibilities will include guiding users through driver installation and configuration, troubleshooting connectivity or malfunction issues, and recommending additional services when necessary. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of common peripheral hardware. Previous experience in a technical support role for at least 1 year is preferred.
