Job Description

Join us as a Device Configuration Advisor and assist customers with configuring and troubleshooting various smart home devices including Alexa, Ring, smart cameras, and thermostats. Your role will involve guiding users through device pairing, Wi-Fi setup, and app syncing, as well as resolving issues related to device offline status or unresponsiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for offering relevant service plans and extended support coverage. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of IoT and smart home technology, along with strong communication skills and patience when dealing with non-tech-savvy users. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed night shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in technical support, although this is preferred and not mandatory. The work location is in person at Mohali.
