You will lead a team of .NET developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using .NET and MS technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, including conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and offering mentoring. Your responsibilities will include architecting and designing scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions based on .NET technologies. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining coding standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to guarantee successful project completion will be part of your role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and infrastructure, to deliver integrated solutions is essential. You are expected to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in the .NET ecosystem and assess their potential impact on our projects. Creating reproducible and predictable components while evaluating and understanding external/third-party components will also be part of your responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and experience with cloud-based development. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework). - Previous experience in a client-facing role, interacting with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. - Experience with Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum or Kanban.,
