Job Description
As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in researching and compiling destination-specific information such as attractions, accommodations, local experiences, dining options, and travel tips. Your support will be crucial in developing travel itineraries and destination packages, working closely with the product/destination team. You will play a key role in coordinating with local vendors, guides, and partners to gather updated information and pricing, ensuring our offerings are current and competitive. Client consultations via calls and emails, as well as following up with clients, will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining and updating our internal destination database and content library, contributing to content creation for destination guides, blog articles, and various marketing materials. Your attention to detail and strong research and writing skills will be essential in these tasks. Quality-checking destination content to ensure alignment with brand standards, tracking competitor offerings, and staying abreast of emerging travel trends are also areas where your contributions will be valued. Your passion for travel and eagerness to learn about global destinations will be an asset in this role. The ideal candidate for this position is someone pursuing or recently completing a degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and excellent communication skills are required. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is crucial. This is a full-time position with a day shift and morning shift schedule, offering a performance bonus.
