Job Description
1. Destination Knowledge & Travel Curation: Maintain expert knowledge of assigned destinations, including top attractions, hidden gems, cultural nuances, and local experiences. Research and develop exclusive travel itineraries tailored to client preferences. Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and emerging trends in the travel industry. 2. Client Consultation & Customization: Engage with clients to understand their travel interests, preferences, and expectations. Provide expert recommendations on accommodations, activities, dining, and transportation. Customize travel plans to ensure an exceptional and memorable journey. 3. Logistics & Coordination: Oversee the seamless execution of travel plans, ensuring smooth coordination of flights, transfers, and activities. Troubleshoot and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise during a clients trip. Provide clients with essential travel information, including safety guidelines and cultural etiquette. 4. Sales & Business Development: Assist in promoting specific destinations through presentations, webinars, and marketing content. Identify opportunities for new travel packages and innovative experiences. Take active part in converting inquiries into bookings by showcasing destination expertise.
