Job Description
As a Desktop Support Engineer based in Mumbai (Worli/ Juinagar), you will be responsible for handling onsite support tickets and responding to client support requests. Your duties will include contacting clients to determine the nature of their issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, as well as installing and maintaining computer peripherals. Additionally, you will be tasked with upgrading operating systems and software, troubleshooting networking issues, and providing advice on software and hardware upgrades. You will also be involved in incident management, change management, and problem management. It is essential for you to have a working knowledge and provide support for SAP, Microsoft software, hardware, and networking. Furthermore, familiarity with Networks, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Cloud backup is required for this role. In this position, you will also have the opportunity to provide basic training in computer operation and management to users. Your expertise in various technical areas will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT-related issues effectively.,
