You will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to the debtor list in order to identify right party contacts (RPC). It is crucial to assure accurate call dispositions on the dialers used for outbound calling, thereby contributing to the segregation of the debtor contact list into categories such as right party contacts, wrong numbers, callbacks, and answering machines. Your role will involve engaging in voice interactions with right-party contact debtors with the objective of generating collection-qualified leads. You will collaborate with the collections team to either live transfer or set appointments for collection-qualified leads to facilitate conversion attempts. Timely follow-up on collection qualified leads requesting a call back will be necessary to convert them into a live transfer or an appointment with the collection team.
