Responsibilities Translate the clients briefing to design/proposal through best reliable product to best suits Clients requirement. Recommending mechanical solutions/designs to client, keeping in mind their budget, timelines and other essential parameters. Oversee the entire lifecycle of planning, designing till testing and implementation Act as a bridge between the company, client and manufacturer. Analyse the mechanical design and refine it as per the requirement of Client. Adhere to national and local compliance regulations and standards, along with keeping in mind the ethos of the company. Troubleshoot problems and devise solutions to design related issues during installation. Use CAD and 3D CAD programs to review the mechanical design projects. Develop and maintain the continuous improvement of departments technical standards, design guidelines, practices and procedures and responsible for communication and explanation of same. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations, while leading a team of design engineers to deliver innovative and functional lift solutions for Clients. Responsible for overseeing the conceptualization, design, and development of all training programs within an organization, ensuring they align with business needs, are engaging, and effectively deliver the necessary skills and knowledge to employees Required skills and qualifications Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering Prior experience working as a mechanical design engineer. Knowledge in dealing with engineering drawings and 3D modelling Preferred skills and qualifications Masters degree in mechanical engineering Strong verbal, written and communications skills,
