The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong creative skills and a portfolio demonstrating a passion for product designing and creativity to deliver a visually appealing and engaging user experience. The UI/UX designer's role involves various responsibilities including: - Communicating and storytelling through animations - Conceptualizing and creating storyboards for micro-animations and animations - Collaborating with UI/UX designers to improve digital product experiences - Identifying opportunities to enhance user experience through motion design in digital solutions - Developing high-quality animations in 2D and/or 3D - Willingness to learn new tools and expand knowledge The UI/UX designer should have the following abilities: - Demonstrated motion design experience and a diverse portfolio - Strong storytelling skills and a solid foundation in visual and motion design principles - Versatility in working with different styles - Proficiency in software such as After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc. - Attention to design aesthetics and details - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work methodically and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Illustration skills are a plus - Prior experience with product companies or digital products is beneficial - Degree or certification in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is advantageous Additionally, skills in JavaScript and Redux/Flux are required for this role.,
