Job Description

As the Design & Production Head/Manager in Mechanical Sheet Metal Fabrication, you will be responsible for leading the design team and ensuring efficient production processes in the switchgear panel company. With a Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and 12 to 15 years of experience in the industry, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing your knowledge and hands-on experience in various aspects such as: - Proficiency in basic computer skills and English communication - Expertise in 3D modelling software such as SolidWorks or Solid Edge - Familiarity with CNC Turret punching, Laser cutting machine, and CNC bending - Understanding of sheet metal fabrication equipment and tools - Design expertise in Modular/bolted designs of Switchgear panels - Knowledge of IEC standards, particularly Degree of protection and Form of separation - Experience with Busbar arrangements and design - Familiarity with different Switchgear makes - Understanding of Painting, Powder coating, surface treatments, and Stainless steel fabrication - Prior experience with standardization and ISO standards In addition to your technical skills, you will be required to work full-time on a permanent basis, with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, a flexible schedule, food provision, and Provident Fund.
