You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 interior designers, ensuring smooth execution of projects by driving Design Process transformational Road map. You will be accountable for meeting monthly team targets of design sign offs and implementing strategic initiatives for Business Excellence practices. It is crucial to maintain high team spirit and morale while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the specified time and quality standards. Additionally, you will be conducting periodic audits to ensure operational processes align with operations methodology. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of handling teams in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Experience in managing teams in a cross-functional business setup is essential. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, along with strong team management, people management, and leadership skills, is required.
