Hiring for Jewelry Industry Design & Merchandising Coordinator Location-Andheri Seepz Working days and working time : 6 days a week Experience IN-3 to 5 Note-Experience should be from International About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to manage our design and sample line database, coordinate with the design and CAD teams, handle merchandising activities, and prepare catalogues for both domestic and international clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication between creative, production, and marketing departments. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the design master database including sketches, CADs, renders, and sample images Track the entire sample development lifecycle from design brief tosample delivery Coordinate with designers, CAD team, manufacturing, and QC to ensure timely execution of samples Manage and update product line sheets, BOMs, and technical specifications Prepare client-specific catalogues, look books, and presentations (digital & print) Organize and archive photography, videos, renders, and other marketing collateral Assist in product selection and collection planning based on seasonal trends and customer requirements Handle SKU-level data management including pricing, metal weight, diamond quality, and other attributes Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for web uploads, brochures, and marketing collaterals Ensure merchandise alignment between sample line, catalogue, and production capability Key Skills: Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency Familiarity with jewelry design and manufacturing terminology Understanding of merchandising, collection planning, and product lifecycle Experience with catalogue or presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva,Adobe InDesign preferred) Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Jewelry Design, or related field 24 years of experience in merchandising, sampling, or product coordination, preferably in the jewelry Thanks Niharika 7709369078 Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
