Job Description
CLIENT: Air solutions Co looking for Engineering Leader-AHU systems . KEY DRIVERS : Define and execute the R&D strategy for the AHU product line. Drive innovation and identify new product opportunities, technologies, and enhancements relevant to the AHU segment. Lead and mentor a team of design engineers, researchers, and product development professionals. Ensure compliance with applicable standards and certifications (e.g., Eurovent, ISHRAE, etc.) in all design and development activities. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product management to translate customer needs into product features and technical requirements. Lead design validation through prototyping, lab testing, field trials, and performance evaluations. Manage R&D project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. DESIRED INCUMBENT PROFILE: HVAC engineering leader with hands on experience of HVAC Product Engineering & development,people management, new product development of entire range of HVAC-AHU systems.
