Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our Clients team for bangalore Location. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, proficiency in GD&T and engineering drawing reading, and a practical approach to problem-solving. Experience in aerospace materials and manufacturing processes is a plus. Key Skills Engineering fundamentals, GD&T, engineering drawing reading, problem-solving, aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, assembly knowledge, non-conformity assessment, repair instruction writing Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing issues. Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Prepare and maintain engineering documentation. Requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, CAM, PLM). Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
