The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in performing activities in compliance with the Metier Development Plan of their PG/PL. It is essential to review internal requirements, customer requirements, and specifications. The candidate must possess experience in optics, signaling, and Speos. They will be responsible for robust design and validation in alignment with economic targets, as well as supporting technical architecture and standards assignments while adhering to standardization rules. The candidate should support design reviews, both internally and with suppliers. The candidate's scope of work may include some or all aspects of the design, integration, and validation of blocks/products. It is crucial to comply with Mtiers processes and design rules by performing or supporting optics design simulations, coding, and validation. Additionally, they should conduct optics design calculations, including worst-case/statistical scenarios, and support thermal studies and tests. In terms of management follow-up, the candidate is expected to report the progress of their tasks, escalate risks, and monitor optical developments within their area of responsibility. They should ensure the application of optic rules and procedures, coordinate Mtier design reviews, and implement associated action plans.,
