Job Description

You will be responsible for preparing Valve Designs according to the specified plan and performing design calculations. Your role will involve modifying designs as necessary, developing parts and assemblies in 3D models, and creating drafting of 3D Models such as casting, proof, semifinish, and finish. Additionally, you will be required to generate bills of material, maintain documentation of assigned work orders, and create design change notes for any modifications or revisions in the drawings or BOM. Ensuring the implementation and compliance of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards will also be part of your responsibilities, including reporting near misses, incidents, and accidents to the Safety committee members. Maintenance and upkeep of 5S will be essential. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to prepare designs using SolidWorks, drafting skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with various formulas used in design. Interpretation of various design standards and product specifications will also be required. Education: - Diploma in Engineering or BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Total Experience: - For Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME): 3-4 years of design experience is required. - For BE/B.Tech: 2-3 years of design experience is required. - For ME/M.Tech: 1-2 years of design experience is required.,
