Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Nursing Superintendent (DNS) at Narayana Health in Raipur. The DNS will oversee nursing operations, manage staff, ensure quality patient care, and collaborate with other departments to optimize healthcare delivery. Daily responsibilities include strategic planning, staff supervision, resource management, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Qualifications Nursing Leadership, Staff Management, and Patient Care expertise Experience in Healthcare Operations and Quality Improvement Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation Standards Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to Mentor and Develop Nursing Masters degree preferred Active Nursing License in the state of practice Certification in Nursing Administration is a plus,
