As a Sales Manager in the Food & Beverages sector at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development activities across the pan India Cluster. Your primary responsibility will be to generate inquiries and convert them into revenue, aiming to achieve an annual target of 5 Mn Euro. You will be involved in front line sales activities, including visiting customers, presenting technologies, and preparing commercial offers in line with company standards. Additionally, you will participate in customer meetings for bid discussions, presentations, and contract negotiations. Your profile should ideally include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Food Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. Prior experience in front sales, along with strong process and industry knowledge, will be key to your success in this position. Fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems are essential qualities we are looking for.
