Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Use business intelligence tools to generate insights and guide decision-making for business strategy. Actively participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, promoting a collaborative and results- driven work environment. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to services. Work with stakeholders across various departments to enhance the effectiveness of operational processes and customer service. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, with a focus on healthcare operations (if applicable), and propose improvements as needed. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong skills in Operations Management, Business Analytics, and Business Intelligence. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting). Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Knowledge of healthcare operations is preferred. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.,
