Job Description

You will be supporting the L&D Manager in designing, delivering, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills within the manufacturing sector. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with departments to identify training requirements, developing and delivering technical and soft skills programs, administering the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating induction training for new hires, working with external training providers when needed, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing improvements. To excel in this role, you must possess a Post Graduation Degree in HR along with strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle or SAP SuccessFactors, at least 5 years in L&D (preferably in manufacturing), knowledge of adult learning principles, and compliance standards are required. Additional relevant certifications would be a plus.,
