Job Title: Deputy Manager Sales (Loan Against Property)

Department: Secured Loans / Retail Lending
Location: Indore,Ujjain,Ratlam,Neemuch,Dewas
Grade: Deputy Manager
Industry: NBFC / Bank / Housing Finance


Job Purpose:

To drive sales and disbursements in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment by sourcing business through various channels, building strong relationships, and ensuring high-quality customer acquisition in line with the companys policies and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Source new LAP customers through direct channels, DSAs, connectors, and builder relationships.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.

  • Convert leads to disbursements by ensuring quality customer onboarding.

2. Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for LAP disbursements.

  • Monitor and drive performance across channels and geographies.

3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients to generate repeat/referral business.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, legal) to ensure smooth file processing.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and customer preferences.

  • Provide feedback to the product and strategy teams.

5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Support credit and operations teams in query resolution and documentation gaps.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of Loan Against Property products

  • Strong network of DSAs and local market knowledge

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills

  • High level of initiative and drive to achieve targets

  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)


Qualifications:

  • Graduate


Experience:

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience in LAP or mortgage sales

  • Prior experience in NBFCs, Banks, or HFCs handling secured loan products


Compensation:

As per industry standards (fixed + performance-based incentives)
