Essential Duties And Responsibilities Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on HR practices and policies to improve organizational effectiveness. Act as a change agent to drive and manage organizational change initiatives. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
