Position: Deputy General Manager - TPM Country/Region: IN Location: Chennai, TN, IN, 631604 Req ID: 70330 Mahindraworld City 1, India TITLE: Site Lean Promotion / TPM Officer BUSINESS: ZF CVS REPORTING TO: Regional LPO Leader / Site leader Reports SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION: Lean / TPM Deployment Plan Conformance Site lean targets (inventory, space, quality, productivity, lead time) Main Responsibilities Identifies & eliminates all the wastes in the manufacturing process. Implements operation and machine balance, organize all jobs around human motion & creates an efficient production sequence. Procures, troubleshoots, maintains all material handling equipment & put autonomous material handling system in place. Trains people in lean six sigma concept. Experience 4 ~ 6 years experience in lean implementation in manufacturing environment. Profile Diploma or Graduate engineer with 4 or 6 yrs of experience Good analytical skill. Good problem-solving skill.
