Deputy General Manager - Sales
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in the Mumbai real estate market through market research and networking
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Real Estate certification or relevant courses preferred
- Minimum of 16 years of experience in sales sourcing within the Real Estate industry
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
