Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager - L&D at Yashoda Hospitals in Hyderabad. The Deputy General Manager - L&D will be responsible for managing and overseeing the learning and development programs of the hospital. This includes designing and implementing training initiatives, conducting training needs assessments, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. The Deputy General Manager - L&D will also be responsible for managing a team of trainers and ensuring the overall success of the hospital's learning and development efforts. Qualifications Proven 10+ years of experience in managing and overseeing learning and development programs Expertise in designing and implementing training initiatives Strong knowledge of training needs assessments and evaluation methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders Leadership and team management skills Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and best practices Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred,
