Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Lead the HR function for thermal projects, providing guidance and support to project teams Ensure compliance with labor regulations and adherence to internal policies Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for project-specific roles Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as required Collaborate with project managers to address HR-related challenges and opportunities Drive performance management processes and facilitate goal-setting activities Conduct regular HR audits and recommend improvements to enhance HR effectiveness Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Masters degree in HR management or related field is preferred,
