Its located in Nashik, on Indore-Mumbai National Highway. The store was opened in 2014, its the only store of Nashik with 2000 square meter sales area. The turnover in 2025 is to do 31Cr. The new leader will have a really good challenge in 2025. We expect a turnover of 31cr and an increase in our basket from 2100 rupees to 2250 rupees and an increase in the number of customers from the area 15-25 minutes from the store. The population of Nashik is 22 lakh of people Responsibilities / Missions: Your mission highlights your leadership Develop a Human and Commercial project. Define and implement this project with the team you lead. Together, you meet the challenges you have set for yourself. Your playing field allows you to put your skills to work in the service of sport You are the coach/leader of the team, you have managerial responsibility for the team: recruitment, career management, training and skills development, and planning. Ensure the well-being of each team member. Define and lead the sales project for your department: management of your product range, shelf space, stocks, and sales drive.
