As a Dental Assistant at Yash Dental, you will be an integral part of the team that provides high-quality oral healthcare services to our patients. Your role will involve assisting dentists during procedures, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the dental office. Your primary responsibilities will include providing chairside assistance to dentists, preparing treatment rooms, greeting and preparing patients, and ensuring their comfort throughout the visit. You will also be responsible for sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments, conducting dental radiographs, and maintaining accurate patient records. In addition to clinical duties, you will be involved in patient education, assisting with front office tasks such as appointment scheduling, and managing inventory. Collaboration with other dental professionals and adherence to health and safety regulations will be essential aspects of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant and have completed a dental assisting program. Certification or licensure as required by local regulations is necessary. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, infection control protocols, and dental software is essential. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also key requirements.
