Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Demat Sales Associates.
You will be responsible for acquiring clients and helping them open Demat & trading accounts, and guiding them towards investments and revenue generation, while learning about investment products like stocks, mutual funds, SIP's.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads to open Demat & Trading accounts.
- Assist clients in opening demat accounts and completing necessary documentation.
- Educate clients on the benefits and features of demat accounts, as well as investment opportunities available through the platform.
- Provide personalized assistance and support to clients regarding account queries, transactions, and account maintenance.
- Collaborate with the wealth team to identify opportunities for up selling or cross-selling additional financial products or services.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new products to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to demat account operations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account details in the company database.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to demat account operations in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and operations, to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
Requirements:

Freshers with a passion for finance and investments.(Should have keen interest in sales).

Bachelor/Post graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.(Technical degree holder's having interest also invited).

Good communication and convincing skills.Willingness to learn and grow in the financial domain.

Strong understanding of trading & demat accounts, mutual funds, bonds, and NCB products.

Client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive business growth.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., NISM certification) would be an advantage.
