Role Description This is a full-time on-site Delphi Developer role located in Chennai at CI Global. 3+ years of professional experience with Delphi programming Experience working with recent Delphi versions (10.x or newer preferred) Proven track record developing and maintaining commercial Delphi applications Experience with database design and SQL programming Demonstrated experience integrating external APIs and web services Prior experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) Experience implementing multi-tier application architecture Background in application performance optimization and debugging Experience with Windows desktop application development Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Track record of successful project delivery within established timelines Prior experience following software development methodologies (Agile, etc.) Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams Background working with client requirements and translating them into technical solutions Experience with data-driven application development,
