Key Responsibilities: 1. Pick Up Orders: Collect parcels, food, groceries, or other items from designated vendors or hubs. 2. Timely Delivery: Deliver items accurately and on time to customers at their location. 3. Navigation & Route Management: Use mobile apps or GPS to find the best routes and avoid delays. 4. Customer Interaction: Communicate politely with customers, confirm order details, and ensure customer satisfaction. Operational Duties: 1. Package Handling: Ensure safe transport of items without damage, leakage, or spoilage. 2. App Usage & Status Updates: Use the delivery app to accept orders, mark pickup/drop-off, and update order status in real-time. 3. Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle (bike, cycle, car) clean, fueled, and in good working condition. 4. Follow Company Policies: Adhere to delivery schedules, dress codes, and safety guidelines set by the company. Other Expectations: 1.
