Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to handle the movement of products from production to the showroom, manage raw material purchasing, and ensure timely delivery of products to vendors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing logistics and vendor coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  Deliver finished products from the production unit to the showroom as per schedule.

  Purchase and arrange delivery of raw materials required for production.

  Coordinate product deliveries to vendors and external partners.

  Maintain records of goods received and dispatched.

  Communicate with production, showroom, and vendor teams to ensure smooth workflow.

  Track inventory levels and notify management of material shortages.

  Ensure all transportation and delivery activities are carried out on time and safely.

  Prepare delivery challans, purchase orders, and related documents.

  Monitor product quality during transit and report any issues.

Requirements:

  Prior experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or procurement.

  Basic knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes.

  Good communication and organizational skills.

  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  Proficient in record-keeping and documentation.

  Valid driving license (if delivery includes driving).

  Minimum qualification: 12th pass or diploma (preferably in logistics, commerce, or a related field).
