JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

Offineeds.Com is a dynamic and rapidly growing Corporate gifting company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our corporate clients. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Logistics team as an Associate Logistics.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Delivery:

• Safely and efficiently transport packed products to corporate client locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

B. Route Planning:

• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery time.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline delivery processes.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.

Customer Interaction:

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records. Collect necessary documentation, such as delivery confirmations and signatures.

Adherence to Policies:

• Follow company policies and procedures related to logistics and transportation.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with the logistics team, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
