You will be responsible for calling and collecting the outstanding dues of the customers for the collection process of multinational, Indian banks and NBFC's. We are looking for Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Tele-Calling Executives to join our team. Preferred candidates are DRA-CERTIFIED (Debt Recovery Agent) Executives. Relevant job experience is required for this role. As a Debt Recovery Agent, your primary responsibilities will include initiating calls to customers to discuss and collect outstanding dues, as well as collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues effectively. To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: DRA Certification (Debt Recovery Agent) is mandatory, excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills, the ability to persuade customers to fulfill their financial obligations, a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
