We are looking for Dean-Pharmacy- Noida location. Experience 20+ yrs. Location- Noida Interview Mode :- 1) 1 Round- Virtual 2) 2 Round- Face-to-face Notice Period- 30 days is acceptable Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership 1. Develops and implements the college's strategic plan, aligning with the university's mission and goals. 2. Oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs, including curriculum design and assessment. 3. Ensures accreditation standards are met, and prepares for accreditation visits. Administrative Leadership 1. Manages the college's budget, resources, and personnel. 2. Oversees faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation. 3. Fosters a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Research and Scholarship 1. Promotes research and scholarship within the college, including securing funding and grants. 2. Encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and partnerships. Community Engagement and Service 1. Develops and maintains partnerships with healthcare organizations, industry partners, and community groups. 2. Promotes the college's reputation through public relations and outreach efforts. Student Affairs 1. Ensures student success, including academic support services and career development. 2. Fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: 1. Earned doctoral degree in pharmacy or a related field. 2. Experience in academic leadership, including department chair or associate dean roles. 3. Strong record of research, scholarship, and funding. 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 5. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. 6. Familiarity with accreditation standards and processes. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in curriculum development and assessment. 2.
