Job Overview We are looking for a Dealer Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling dealers, distributors, and channel partners, preferably in the agriculture, pesticides, or similar product industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dealers, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers. Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network. Promote and sell agri/pesticides or related products to dealers. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Conduct regular market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends. Provide product training and support to dealers. Address dealer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in dealer management and sales. Experience in the agriculture, pesticides, or allied industries is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term dealer relationships. Self-motivated and target-driven. Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
